2024 Update

We are planning to bring back supported open water swim

sessions at Whiteadder Watersports this summer!

This will include a buoy-marked circuit and kayak safety support on the water, as well as WIFI, changing facilities, toilets and showers*. Tow floats and brightly coloured swim caps are compulsory as Powerboat Safety Craft operate on the reservoir.

*due to limited changing space and child protection, there will be times when changing facilities are not available

In the meantime you are still able to swim in the reservoir at your own risk

Swim Passes**

If you plan on swimming at Whiteadder reservoir please support Whiteadder Watersports centre by buying

this pass. This helps us to retain the wild nature of the reservoir through maintaining

the surroundings, centre, car park and jetty, while making it accessible and safe for everyone.

Our Swim Passes includes the use of our public toilet, AED Defibrillator and WIFI which

is crucial for in case of emergencies as there is no phone signal at the reservoir.

When the centre is open, we also offer the use of our changing rooms and showers, when they

are available, as well as the option to make yourself a hot drink if you please.
